I will share over 40 years of experience of cooking and baking with you, using classic festive dishes, I will demonstrate some of the secrets of both professional chef and baker. Each dish has been designed to balance with the others, mixing savoury with sweet to heighten the taste sensation. The event will also give you a chance to sample a selection of wines that accompany the dishes. The evening includes a 2-hour cooking demonstration, a selection of festive canapes and 4 wines to taste.
