Let us give your team an opportunity to relax, unwind and regroup. Either Indoors or outdoors, socially focused or more physically demanding. Something as simple as a Cookery Demonstration, Wine Tasting, "School sports Day" or Team Tasks, all will relieve stress and increase the well being of your people. We are all acutely aware of the changes that COVID-19 has brought to the workplace impacting both team morale & wellbeing. Surveys shows that overall workplace morale has decreased from pre-pandemic levels, between increased telework and more reliance on technology, employees, executives, and customers have had to adjust to a more distant style of interaction.

CATEGORY TWO-Slightly More Serious-Re-boot

This hands-on workshop for people who want to build or rebuild their teams. The program assesses a team's current state and helps groups perform a gap analysis to identify quick wins. The course focuses on increasing positive dynamics within the team. Communication & listening skills will be examined and we will explain how these factors effect the overall performance of the team. Participants will learn about team member types identify their own type giving you the tools to improve the overall wellbeing of the team. The type of activities can be adapted to suite your needs.

CATEGORY THREE-Tactics for Working Better Together-Becoming More Efficient

We guide you through team activities, then use the behavior shown to identify communication styles, listening skills and the reasons why teams become dysfunctional. We then provide solutions for addressing these issues. The focus is on the value of working collaboratively and maximizing each team member's strengths. We will bring to the fore “Trust and Cooperation”, these are the core values of every successful team. Be prepared to get outdoor and active.

CATEGORY FOUR-Something a Little Different-Cross Cultural Focus

This event is designed to improve awareness and appreciation of cross-cultural differences. We will bring to the fore the diversity of the teams in which we work within and create a forum were open discussion will broaden all our cultural knowledge. Be prepared to listen and learn during a hands-on cookery demonstration and practical skill classes that will also provide you with the practical skills on how to produce fine cuisine.
