In the shade of the trees and the sound of the river we will first compete in some demanding exercises. Then we will cool down with a yoga session, taking in the sights, sounds and smells of the autumn forest. To continue in the relax mode, we will experience the sounds and vibrations of Klaus and his Tibetan singing bowls. Once finished we will socialize together around the fire with some homemade soup and sourdough bread.
It is a great opportunity to mix with "like-minded" people and get an indication of your fitness level.

What to Expect:
The group will be split into teams-the idea is to support & encourage each other
Each team will complete "As Many Reps as Possible" in a given time on each discipline
45 minute Yoga with a qualified Yoga instructor
30 minutes sound bowl experience with Klaus who is both a professional musician and qualified sound bowl master
Homemade soup served around the campfire
herbal tea and refreshments will be served
Approx. 2 hrs. physical activity
