All our demonstrations are designed to stimulate, entertain, and educate you. 

Taking the Asian theme gives me the opportunity to explain the basics of how to produce fine food.

Color, Texture, Flavor are the key elements in producing great food. How to balance, combine and ultimately marry these factors together is where the magic is.

I have forty years experience in both cooking and teaching in food. I have a passion that has never waned. 

I will produce an "Asian Table" of food for you, explaining as I produce, taking questions and providing both recipes and guidance notes. 

Once the meal is produced, you will sit down and experience the benefits of a perfectly balanced meal.
