NAAN BREAD
Ingredients
75ml warm milk
20g caster sugar
7g yeast(1 packet)
240g plain flour
5g salt
3g baking powder
20g vegetable oil
75ml natural yoghurt
1 egg beaten

Method​
-
Combine the milk, sugar, yeast and allow to stand for 10 minutes
-
mix all the other ingredients in a bowl, then add the milk ferment
-
cover, leave in a warm place for one hour
-
divide into 75g pieces and roll out to 2mm thick circles
-
cook in a very hot pan until golden on either side
-
as soon as they leave the pan brush with butter-NOTE: you can flavor the butter with fresh chopped garlic, coriander leaves or curry spices
