It's always good to get a "Bench Mark" of where our fitness levels are. so!

I've put together a selection of classic military disciplines that will give you a good overall indication of where your fitness level is compared to the well established "global norms".

Upper body, lower body, core and aerobic will be areas that will be tested. We can always re-visit every 3 months to see if you are making progress.

The test will take approximately one hour, I will warm you up, cool you down and provide you with the results. To finish off we will play some team games. All you need is to turn up, suitably clothed for sport and bring along sufficient water to keep you hydrated. 

NOTE: there will be no cost for this event, it's simply about bringing like-minded people together.
