About the Recipe

Ingredients
500g spinach
bunch flat leaf parsley
120g onion (finely chopped)
3 garlic cloves (finely grated)
5 eggs
300g feta-finely diced
500g fillo pastry
1g nutmeg
10g fennel seeds
100g grated cheese
salt and pepper
Preparation
wash and drain the spinach
beat the eggs
with the exception of thegrated chese, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl
grease a 30cm oblong baking tin
place a double layer of fillo pastry on the base
then layer the wet mixture and fillo as you would lasagne
Add a little grated cheese between the last 2 layers
bake at 180 oC for 50 minutes
allow to cool
