About the Recipe
Ingredients
4 medium sized apple-grated (any type)
50g flaxseeds-ground
120g poppy seeds-ground
50g dates-soak in 100ml of boiling water with a lady grey tea bag
120g oats
3 eggs
1g salt
5g cinnamon
Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 180 oC
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl
Bake in a 30cm oblong baking tin for 40 minutes
Remove from tin and allow to cool
