Ingredients

75g semolina

25g Oats (ground)

200g skimmed milk

30g Fromage frais

40g Peanut butter

25g Sultanas

10g Coconut butter

25g Desiccated coconut

5g cinnamon or Chinese 5 spice

Preparation

  • Place the milk, peanut butter, coconut butter, sultanas, desiccated coconut and spice into a pan

  • When the butters have melted add the semolina and oats

  • Stir until thick (gentle heat)

  • Add the fromage frais stirring briskly

  • place in the fridge in a 8cm ring

  • Compress and allow to cool for 4 hrs.
