Ingredients
250g cottage cheese
150g oats
10g protein powder (optional)
4 eggs seperated
25g blueberries
25g banana
100g greek youghurt
1g salt
1g cinnamon
Preparation
blend oats, cottage cheese, egg yolks, greek yoghurt, protein powder and salt, blend in a blender for 5 seconds
whisk egg whites in a spereate bowl-to full peak
add 1/3 egg white mix to the blended ingredients and mix together
then add this mixture to the remaining egg whites and gently fold in
spoon into a large frying pan, cook on either side for 3 minutes
serve with the remaing greek yoghurt and as much fresh fruit as you wish
