200g peppers-rough chopped
200g onions-rough chopped
4 cloves garlic
5g Italian herbs
500g passata
250g water
Make in a seperate pot
250g buckwheat
100g frozen peas-follow basic buckwheat recipe
Preparation
place all the ingredients in a large pot
On full heat, stir until the mix begins to brown
add passata and water
simmer for 30 minutes
