  • 500g ground beef

  • 250g kidney beans

  • 250g chick peas

  • 100g lentils

  • 250g tomatoes-rough chopped

  • 200g peppers-rough chopped

  • 200g onions-rough chopped

  • 4 cloves garlic

  • 5g Italian herbs

  • 500g passata

  • 250g water

Make in a seperate pot

  • 250g buckwheat

  • 100g frozen peas-follow basic buckwheat recipe

Preparation

  1. place all the ingredients in a large pot

  2. On full heat, stir until the mix begins to brown

  3. add passata and water

  4. simmer for 30 minutes
