Keto Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 150g almond flour

  • 40g alternative granulated sugar

  • 7g baking poeder

  • 5g cinnamon

  • 30g crushed walnuts

  • 120g mashed ripe banana

  • 3 eggs

  • 30g melted butter


Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 oC

  2. whisk the banana, eggs and melted butter together

  3. place all the remaing dry ingredients into a bowl and stir

  4. add the "wet" ingredients to the dry and mix well

  5. place in a 25 cm oblong bread tin

  6. bake for 40 minutes or until the internal core temperature is 90oC

  7. remove the tin and allow to cool
