Ingredients

  • 100g flour

  • 50g egg (one)

  • 40g egg white (one)

  • 50g pea protein

  • 3g salt


Preparation

  1. place the flour, pea protein and salt into a bowl

  2. add one whole egg and one egg white

  3. mix together tehn knead for 4 minutes

  4. rest for 30 minutes

  5. use a pasta maker to roll the pasta

  6. boil in salted water for 2 minutes

  7. strain and serve
