Chocolate & Pear Mousse

Ingredients

  • 120g oats

  • 60g coconut butter

  • 250g 70% dark chocolate-melted

  • 500g pears-roughly chopped, cooked until soft then pureed

  • 150g fromage fraise


Preparation

  1. toast the oat flakes in a hot oven for 10 minutes

  2. add the melted coconut butter mix well and then place on the base of a 20cm round tin-press down

  3. melt the chocolate over a pan of hot water, add the warm pureed pears and fromage fraise

  4. pour the chocolate mixture over the oat base

  5. for 6 hours then serve
