Ingredients

  • 100g peanut butter

  • 100g rolled oats

  • 100g mixed seeds

  • 100g honey

  • 100g cream cheese

  • 100g melted chocolate

  • 20g meleted butter

  • 10g dessicated coconut

  • 5g cinnamon


Preparation

  1. place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix

  2. place the mixture in a 20cm oblong container

  3. sprinkle the dessicated coconut over the top

  4. refridgerate or freeze for 2 hrs.

  5. cut into 2cm cubes and freeze
