Ingredients

  • 100g coconut butter

  • 100g peanut butter

  • 100g honey

  • 400g oats

  • 200g sultanas

  • 4 large bananas (mashed)

  • pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. pre heat the oven to 170 oC

  2. put the coconut butter, peanut butter and honey in a plastic bowl and microwave until it has melted

  3. add the rest of the ingredients and stir

  4. place in 30cm x 20cm tin

  5. bake for 25 minutes

  6. allow to cool
