Ingredients

CAKE

  • 150g flour

  • 150g almond flour

  • 175g butter

  • 100g skyr

  • 150g sugar

  • 3 ripe bananas-crushed

  • 1 large apple-grated

  • 3 eggs

  • 10g cinnamon

  • 7g baking powder

  • 3g salt


TOPPING

  • 100g 70% dark chocolate-melted

  • 300g greek yoghurt

Preparation

CAKE

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180 oC

  2. place all the cake ingredients in a bowl and beat for 3 minutes

  3. place in a oblong 30x 10cm baking tin

  4. bake for 45 minutes or until the core temperature of the cake is above 90oC

  5. allow to cool


TOPPING

  1. mix melted chocolate with greek yogurt

  2. once cake and topping are cool, cover cake
