Ingredients
20g Egg Powder
80g Water
50g Salami
15g Milk Powder
15g Onions
15g Parmesan Cheese
15g Sun dried tomatoes
Preparation
Mix well the egg powder, milk powder & water together, leave for 10 minutes
Place the olive oil in the pan and fry the salami and sun-dried tomatoes for 3 minutes
Add the egg mixture and stir for 2 minutes or until the mixture starts to thicken
Stir in the parmesan
Gently cook for a further 5 minutes
Serve
