Ingredients

  • 20g Egg Powder

  • 80g Water

  • 50g Salami

  • 15g Milk Powder

  • 15g Onions

  • 15g Parmesan Cheese

  • 15g Sun dried tomatoes

Preparation

  • Mix well the egg powder, milk powder & water together, leave for 10 minutes

  • Place the olive oil in the pan and fry the salami and sun-dried tomatoes for 3 minutes

  • Add the egg mixture and stir for 2 minutes or until the mixture starts to thicken

  • Stir in the parmesan

  • Gently cook for a further 5 minutes

  • Serve
