Ingredients

  • 20g Egg Powder

  • 80g Water

  • 20g Milk Powder

  • 25g Polenta

  • 20g Salami

  • 20g Egg Powder

  • 20g Vegetables

  • 20g Olive Oil

Preparation

  • Mix well the egg powder, milk powder, polenta and water together, leave for 10 minutes

  • Moisten the vegetables, in just enough water to cover them (leave for 15 minutes)

  • Place the olive oil in the pan and fry the vegetables and salami for 3 minutes

  • Add the egg mixture and stir for 2 minutes or until the mixture starts to thicken

  • Gently cook for a further 5 minutes

  • Serve
