Ingredients
20g Egg Powder
80g Water
20g Milk Powder
25g Polenta
20g Salami
20g Egg Powder
20g Vegetables
20g Olive Oil
Preparation
Mix well the egg powder, milk powder, polenta and water together, leave for 10 minutes
Moisten the vegetables, in just enough water to cover them (leave for 15 minutes)
Place the olive oil in the pan and fry the vegetables and salami for 3 minutes
Add the egg mixture and stir for 2 minutes or until the mixture starts to thicken
Gently cook for a further 5 minutes
Serve
