PEANUT AND CARAMEL SAUCE
Ingredients
For the sauce
100g sugar
100g butter
60ml double cream
For the flavor
100g Salted peanuts or one gram of salt to make a salted caramel sauce
Method
-
In a thick bottom pan, heat the sugar until golden brown
-
Add warm cream and stir until fully incorporated into the sugar

Remove form the heat and stir in the butter (small pieces) quickly. work in the butter
-
Pass through a sieve and add the peanuts or salt
-
Place in a sterilized jar
