HOT SMOKED BUTTERNUT SQUASH
Ingredients
One butternut squash
10g salt
5g cinnamon
lots of maple syrup
Method
-
"score the butternut squash" and liberally coat in cinnamon and maple syrup
-
leave for 30 minutes then coat with the salt
-
preheat the smoker to 150-180oC
-
hot smoke the butternut squash for 1.5 to 2 hours
-
serve with more maple syrup and salt
