400g ground beef

10g fresh garlic, grated

100g red onion, finely chopped

50g chicken liver pate

50ml port

1 lime, zested

50g rolled oats

one egg

Method

  • Add all ingredients together in a bowl and mix

  • Salt and pepper to taste: Seasoning is very important
