About the Event
Burn calories, release stress and then relax whilst I demonstrate how to make quick, easy healthy, wholesome food.
An extended outdoor training session that will include 30 minutes of boxercise-a chance to let off some steam and release tension. The training will be followed by us all taking lunch together, where I will be serving some of my favourite healthy food dishes and some of my monthly “posted” specials. Price includes training, lunch, and food demonstration.
