Cloud Bread with Flax Seeds

Ingredients
6 egg whites
6 egg yolks
100g low fat cottage cheese
15g cornflour
2g salt
20g flax seeds
20g parmesan cheese
Preparation
pre-heat the oven to 150 oC
mix together the egg yols, cream cheese to form a smooth paste
beat the egg whites until they are "fluffy"
mix 1/3 of the egg whites into the cheese/fegg mixture
sprinkle flax seeds and parmesan on the base
using a large spoon, place "bread roll" size potions on a baking tray
dust with parmesan cheese and remaining seeds
bake for 20 minutes in the oven
once baked turn off the oven and leave for a further 30 minutes
