Cookery Demonstrations
A cookery demonstration is a great way of bringing a team together not only does the team bond, each individual will take away valid knowledge on what the professionals do to make our food taste better. We will work together to produce a themed dinner, our experienced chef can demonstrate the skills behind any style of cooking.
Outdoor Eating and Just Being Together
Wood burning pizza oven/ cast iron pot over an open fire or a “normal” BBQ, eat, drink and have fun outdoors around an open fire.
Canape and Wine Tasting Evening
Enjoy fine cuisine canapes all hand made for you and be guided through a selection of wines by our fully qualified sommelier
Nutritional Information Demonstration
No gimmicks, no fads just the facts on maintaining a balanced diet, macros, micros and the science behind food can be explained.
Yoga
Our fully qualified and experienced Yoga coach will guide you through a multitude of options ensuring the level is suitable for all
Fitness Testing
Should you be interested in where your fitness level lies against international averages, why not try our fitness testing event. We will incorporate fun and games into the event and we always finish with a "cool down" cool off" social.
Guided Hikes
We will take all the stress away, plan the route, guide you through the forest and provide refreshments. All that is required form you is to tell us how far you would like to to go and how difficult you want the terrain.
