SPICY DIPPING SYRUP

200ml water

200g caster sugar

1 lemon, cut in 1/2

1 lime, cut in 1/2

1 cinnamon stick

1 star anis

1 clove

5 juniper berries

5 cardamom pods

Method

  • Combine all the ingredients together

  • simmer until the stock has been reduced by 50%

  • Then its ready for dipping
