Ingredients

one banana (mashed)

one apple (grated)

10g coconut oil

60g oat milk

30g oats (ground)

30g semolina

30g Protein powder

Preparation

  • Pre-heat oven to 180oC

  • Place all the dry ingredients into one bowl (including banana and apple)

  • Place all the wet ingredients in another bowl

  • Fold into each other until well mixed-gently

  • NOTE: if the mixture is not a "dropping consistency" add more milk

  • Bake for 20 minutes
