Ingredients

  • 100g skyr

  • 100g cream cheese (light)

  • 100g single cream

  • 20g grated ginger

  • 1 garlic clove grated

  • juice and zest of one lemon

  • fresh herd-parsley,basil or mint all work well

  • 15g honey-0ptional if you require a little sweetness

  • 5g salt

Preparation

  1. mix all the ingredients together

  2. store in the fridge

  3. also great as a dip with fresh vegetables
