Pot Roast Pork Steak with Courgette, Tomatoes and Buckwheat.

Ingredients

  • 500g pork steak

  • 200g courgette

  • 100g onions (2cm dice)

  • 100g tomatoes (quartered)

  • 100g tomato passata

  • 4 garlic cloves

  • 20g smoked paprika

  • 5g fresh chili (finely sliced)

  • 100g buckwheat

Preparation

  1. Place the onions, pork steak and garlic in a 30 cm deep frying pan (suitable for the oven, flash fry with the olive oil until pork, onions and garlic have caramelized

  2. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and place in a hot oven 200oC for 40 minutes

  3. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 15 minutes before serving
