Pot Roast Pork Steak with Courgette, Tomatoes and Buckwheat.

500g pork steak

200g courgette

100g onions (2cm dice)

100g tomatoes (quartered)

100g tomato passata

4 garlic cloves

20g smoked paprika

5g fresh chili (finely sliced)

100g buckwheat


Place the onone houions, pork steak and garlic in a 30 cm deep frying pan (suitable for the oven, flash fry with the olive oil until pork, onions and garlic have caramelized

Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and place in a hot oven 200oC for 40 minutes

Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 15 minutes before serving
