Ingredients

  • 500g greek yoghurt

  • 150g frozen mixed fruits

  • 150g rolled porridge oats

  • 20g honey

  • 20g peanut butter-Tahini makes a great substitute-20 kcal more and 2g less protein but offers all the benefits of being nut free

  • 10g fresh ginger

  • 50g flax seeds

Preparation


  1. simply put all the ingredients into a bowl and refridgerate overnight

  2. grate in the fresh ginger just before eating

NOTE:

if you are worried about the amount of calories you are consuming. Omit the peanut butter and honey 450 Kcals less

if you feel like giving it some "zip" add an espresso shot before eating
