Ingredients

  • 40g oats

  • 250ml oat milk

  • one grated apple

  • 5g cinnamon

  • 50g greek yoghurt


Preparation

  1. place all the ingredients with the exception of the greek yoghurt in either a bowl or small pan

  2. bring to a "simmer" either on the stove or in the microwave

  3. allow to rest for one minute

  4. add the greek yoghurt and serve
