Ingredients
4 egg
50g low fat cottage cheese
10g cornflour
2g salt
20g sliced spring onions
20g parmesan cheese
Preparation
pre-heat the oven to 150 oC
seperate the egg whites from the yolks
mix together all the ingredients with the exception of the egg whites in a bowl
beat the egg whites until they are "fluffy"
mix 1/3 of the egg whites into the cheese/ egg yolk mixture
add the cheese mix to the remaining egg whites. very gently fold into together
using a large spoon, place "bread roll" size potions on a baking tray
dust with parmesan cheese
bake for 20 minutes in the oven
once baked turn off the oven and leave for a further 30 minutes
