Ingredients

70g protein powder

60g flour

2 Eggs

50g coco

200g milk semi-skimmed

20g honey

10g olive oil

40g grated 70-84% dark chocolate

8g baking powder

Preparation

  • Pre-heat oven to 180oC

  • Place all the dry ingredients into one bowl

  • Place all the wet ingredients in another bowl

  • Fold into each other until well mixed-gently

  • NOTE: if the mixture is not a "dropping consistency" add more milk

  • Bake for 20 minutes
