Ingredients

  • 160g flour

  • 20g protein powder

  • 150g cheese (grated)

  • 150g bacon (diced)

  • 120g butter

  • 5g baking powder

  • 3 eggs

  • ground black pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 175oC

  2. Place all the dry ingredients into a bowl (including cheese and bacon

  3. Add the melted butter

  4. Add one egg at a time and beat vigoursly

  5. Place into a buttered and floured 25 cm loaf tin

  6. Bake for 45 minutes at 175oC
