Ingredients

  • 4 medium sized apple-grated (any type)

  • 200g desicated coconut

  • 75g sultanas

  • 125g oats

  • 150g "Skyr"

  • 3 eggs

  • 1g salt

  • 5g cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180 oC

  2. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and leave to soak for 30 minutes

  3. Bake in a 20cm oblong baking tin for 45 minutes
