Ingredients

  • 50g Polenta

  • 250g Water

  • 15g Honey

  • 5g Lemon Juice

  • 50g Condensed Milk

  • 15g Sugar

  • 15g Milk Powder

  • 15g Sunflower Seeds

Preparation

  • Mix all the ingredients with the exception of the sunflower seeds together and gently simmer for 7 minutes

  • Just before serving add the sunflower seeds

  • Serve
