60g Buckwheat
350g Water
15g Onions
15g Vegetables
5g Garlic
5g Paprika
30g Lentils
15g Parmesan
15g Olive Oil
15g Potato
Preparation
With the exception of the potatoes and parmesan, add all the ingredients to the pan and simmer for 10 minutes.
Once the buckwheat has softened add the parmesan and potatoes
