Ingredients

  • 60g Buckwheat

  • 350g Water

  • 15g Onions

  • 15g Vegetables

  • 5g Garlic

  • 5g Paprika

  • 30g Lentils

  • 15g Parmesan

  • 15g Olive Oil

  • 15g Potato

Preparation

  • With the exception of the potatoes and parmesan, add all the ingredients to the pan and simmer for 10 minutes.

  • Once the buckwheat has softened add the parmesan and potatoes

  • Serve
