Ingredients

  • 20g Egg Powder

  • 100g Water

  • 15g Milk powder

  • 15g Vegetables

  • 15g Onions

  • 15g Parmesan Cheese

  • 10g Garlic

  • 15g Potato

  • 5g Paprika

  • 20g Olive Oil

Preparation

  • Mix well the egg powder, milk powder & water together, leave for 10 minutes

  • Moisten the vegetables, onions & garlic in just enough water to cover them (leave for 15 minutes)

  • Place the olive oil in the pan and fry the vegetables for 3 minutes

  • Add the egg mixture and stir for 2 minutes or until the mixture starts to thicken

  • Stir in the potato and paprika

  • Gently cook for a further 5 minutes

  • Serve
