Ingredients
20g Egg Powder
100g Water
15g Milk powder
15g Vegetables
15g Onions
15g Parmesan Cheese
10g Garlic
15g Potato
5g Paprika
20g Olive Oil
Preparation
Mix well the egg powder, milk powder & water together, leave for 10 minutes
Moisten the vegetables, onions & garlic in just enough water to cover them (leave for 15 minutes)
Place the olive oil in the pan and fry the vegetables for 3 minutes
Add the egg mixture and stir for 2 minutes or until the mixture starts to thicken
Stir in the potato and paprika
Gently cook for a further 5 minutes
