Ingredients

  • 20g Egg Powder

  • 15g Milk Powder

  • 80g Water

  • 50g Mixed Fruit

  • 15g Sugar

  • 10g Honey

  • 5g Cinnamon

  • 10g Olive Oil

Preparation

  • Mix well the egg powder, milk powder & water together, leave for 10 minutes

  • Moisten the mixed fruit with the honey, sugar and cinnamon in just enough water to cover them (leave for 5 minutes)

  • Place the olive oil in the pan and fry the fruit mixture for 3 minutes

  • Add the egg mixture and stir for 2 minutes or until the mixture starts to thicken

  • Gently cook for a further 5 minutes

  • Serve
