Ingredients
20g Egg Powder
15g Milk Powder
80g Water
50g Mixed Fruit
15g Sugar
10g Honey
5g Cinnamon
10g Olive Oil
Preparation
Mix well the egg powder, milk powder & water together, leave for 10 minutes
Moisten the mixed fruit with the honey, sugar and cinnamon in just enough water to cover them (leave for 5 minutes)
Place the olive oil in the pan and fry the fruit mixture for 3 minutes
Add the egg mixture and stir for 2 minutes or until the mixture starts to thicken
Gently cook for a further 5 minutes
Serve
