Outdoor Cooking-something a little more special
This demonstration will be "hands-on". You will make flat breads, drop scones, salt dough parcels and other dishes that will enhance your "backpacking" culinary repertoire. I will provide practical advice and be on-hand to guide you as you master new skills.
Once the demonstration is over then working in teams you will produce a high protein bean broth and chicken stew that will rival any restaurant.
When we have made the dishes we will sit around the campfire and you will sample what you have made and I will be availble to answer any questions that you may have.
