Once per month, I will take the training "out of the box". Do something different, mix the training with something more sociable, give us all chance to get to know each other a little more.
Forest Fitness is designed to stimulate, mind, body and soul. The course will take us through some beautiful forest scenery where we will complete various exercises that will warm us up. We will then proceed to the "valley of death" and in the shade of the trees and the sound of the river we will train with other in some demanding exercises. Friends and family's welcome.
It is always good to get a "Benchmark" of where our fitness levels are. so! I've put together a selection of classic military disciplines that will give you a good overall indication of where your fitness level is.
An extended outdoor training session that will include 30 minutes of boxercise-a chance to let off some steam and release tension. The training will be followed by us all taking lunch together, where I will be serving some of my favourite healthy food dishes and some of my monthly “posted” specials. Price includes training, lunch, and food demonstration.
