CARROT AND DRIED ANCHOVY DOG CAKE
Ingredients
For the cake
2 eggs
60g peanut butter (spread or pure)
50g coconut butter
100ml milk (or water)
50g honey or maple syrup
150g carrot, grated
50g dried anchovies
200g whole meal flour
10g baking soda
For the frosting
150g boiled potatoes
150g natural yoghurt
20g garlic
5g cinnamon
Method- Preparation time: 45 minutes - Cooking time: one hour

Pre-heat the oven to 180 oC

Grease and flour a 20cm round cake tin

Place all the ingredients for the cake in a mixing machine and beat for 3 minutes

Place in the baking tin and bake for 45 minutes

Boil the potatoes and garlic until they are soft
-
Puree the potatoes and add the yoghurt and cinnamon

Once cold cover the cake
-
Top the cake with your favorite dog treats
