You will: sprint up the valley side stopping at Parcour type exercises (45 minutes training)
Cool down whilst descending down the valeey, taking in the beautiful views
Dip in the very fresh spring water of Hunnebour
Warm up around the fire with some spicy pumpkin soup
I have a 100% success rate of getting people in
You will feel great afterwards-Promise
