About the Weekend
ITINERARY
Friday 19:00-Meet and Greet in the hotel bar area and then we will take a uphill and downhill 4km walk, enjoying the sights, sounds and smells of the rushing river. We will finish the day off with a group meal at the Auerhahn. Should you be unable to arrive for 19:00, no problems we, will meet up for dinner at 20:00.
Saturday 09:00- Today we will begin with a one hour "cross fit style" training session incorporating some basic boxing moves. For those who feel like it, we will then go to the waterfall for a "cold water dip". 11:00 until 12:00. Afterwards we will all take lunch and have some down time. At 14:00 we will depart for the vineyard, walk, along the valley, a mix of forest paths and tracks We will sample the local wines before returning to Auerhahn. Before dinner we will have a quick quiz that is sport related afterwards, then another meal together in Auerhahn. Should anybody have any energy left, we will take you to the world famous Baden Baden Casino, and then bring you home with your winnings.
Sunday 10:00-12:00- Fitness training, one hour to practice various methods, theories and styles-Note: training will be adapted to compensate for individual fitness levels, then we will have a further one hour of team sports, competing against each other in games that are designed to be both fun and physically demanding. Finishing with a team lunch before we all depart.
What you will need:
Hiking footwear, wet weather clothing
Water bottles, Energy snacks
Comfortable clothing for training
Warm clothing to wear after the cold water dip
COST (Introduction Rate) Payment at the hotel on departure:
375 EUR per Person NOTE: 25 EUR single person supplement-This will include:
Two nights hotel accommodation
Breakfast: Saturday & Sunday
Lunch: Saturday and Sunday "Pasta Party"
Dinner: Friday and Saturday
Sport, Training
Transport to and from city as required
