About the Weekend

ITINERARY

Friday 18:30 Meet and Greet in the hotel bar area and then we will take a 3km stroll (NOTE: the difficulty level is easy or easy to moderate. Check out our difficulty grading HERE) to the local waterfall, enjoying the sights, sounds and smells of the rushing river. We will then return and finish the day off with a group meal at the Auerhahn. Should you be unable to arrive for 18:30, no problems we, will meet up for dinner at 20:30.

Saturday 09:30- Today we will begin with an introduction to "getting fit", for those who wish a light training routine and also a brief chat on the basics of nutrition. After some time to relax, we will then depart by bus to take coffee and cake in the very pleasant sourroundings of a local Black Forest Tavern. Before returning (all downhill)vial the forest trail to Auerhahn (transport will be available should anybody wish to take the "quick way down"). Light lunch and then for those who wish, transport will be available to take you into the city to either take in the sights or maybe even relax your body in one of the famous spas.

To help us unwind, in the evening, we will enjoy another meal together in Auerhahn.

Sunday  10:00- For those who fancy it, a team games and training session, the session will focus on having fun together as well as gentle exercise. We will then take a 3 KM walk to the Geroldsauer Mulle where you can buy many locally produced products. We will finish with Sunday lunch before we all depart ​

What you will need: 

Hiking footwear, wet weather clothing, day sack

Water bottles, Energy snacks

Comfortable clothing for sport & training
