BLUEBERRY & MAPLE SYRUP PANCAKE

​Ingredients

For the pancake batter

175g flour

100g blueberries

40g brown sugar

50ml coconut milk

one egg

5g cinnamon

Method​

  • Mix all ingredients together and beat with a whisk for 2 minutes

  • The quantity of milk may vary. Ensure the batter is dropping consistency 

  • Preheat the stone for 5 minutes

  • Once bubbles start to form on the top of the pancake-turn
