After extensive research it has been found that as well as keeping us physically healthy, healthy eating can also help improve our mental health. You don’t need any special supplements or pills. It’s about what we eat every day, throughout the day.


Our chef will provide a demonstration that is a perfect balance between the finer arts of cooking, nutritional information whilst focusing on the foods that will improve our mood.
