BADEN BADEN RELAX WEEKEND

Come and join us in Baden Baden for a 2 night-2 day relaxing weekend. We will take gentle strolls through the forest and also the city, taking in some of the nicest views that the area has to offer.  We will offer gentle yoga session, an introduction into personal fitness and a nutritional based cooking demonstration. As well as walking we will enjoy the most traditional of Gasthauses, staying at Auerhahn where fine food and local beverages are served. The Gasthaus is an ideal place for us to relax at the end of each day.

ITINERARY

Friday 18:30 Meet and Greet in the hotel bar area and then we will take a 3km stroll (NOTE: the difficulty level is easy check out our difficulty grading HERE) to the local waterfall, enjoying the sights, sounds and smells of the rushing river. We will then return and finish the day off with a group meal at the Auerhahn. Should you be unable to arrive for 18:30, no problems we, will meet up for dinner at 20:30.

Saturday 09:30- Today we will begin with an introduction to "YIN" yoga, the basics will be explained and then those who wish to participate, a session will be given. After lunch we will depart for the city, A 5KM walk, along the valley, a mix of forest paths and city parks. We will take coffee in the city, everybody will have a chance to look around before departing by bus to Auerhahn. Before dinner a cooking/ nutrition demonstration will be available the topic: "Easy, Quick and Healthy meals"

To help us unwind, in the evening, we will enjoy another meal together in Auerhahn.

Sunday  10:00- An introduction to fitness training various methods, theories and styles will be discussed, then a demonstration "program" will be given. The focus will be "Start-up" and home-training.

Hiking footwear, wet weather clothing, day sack,

Two nights hotel accommodation

Breakfast: Saturday & Sunday

Dinner: Friday and Saturday

Yoga, Food Demonstration and Training Presentation-creation of a personal training plan if required

Guide walks and assistance NOTE: all walks are designed to be good underfoot with no difficult sections
