Come and join us in Baden Baden for a 2 night-3 day weekend full of fun and activities. We will find you some of the most challenging hills to hike up, train, play sport and generally be active.  To balance we will also walk into the city, taking in some of the nicest views that the area has to offer.  We will provide Cross Fit/ Tabata training, a demanding Yoga session and team games on the local Sports Platz. In addition, we will enjoy the most traditional of Gasthauses, staying at Auerhahn where fine food and local beverages are served. The Gasthaus is an ideal place for us to relax at the end of each day.



Friday 16:30-Meet and Greet in the hotel bar area and then we will take a uphill and downhill 5km walk to the local waterfall, enjoying the sights, sounds and smells of the rushing river. We will then return and finish the day off with a group meal at the Auerhahn. Should you be unable to arrive for 16:30, no problems we, will meet up for dinner at 20:00.

Saturday 09:00- Today we will begin with an introduction to "ASHTANGA" yoga, the basics will be explained and then your turn to participate. We will then offer a "taster" orienteering event, something that will give you the basics and stretch your legs. After lunch we will depart for the city, A 5KM walk, along the valley, a mix of forest paths and city parks. We will take coffee in the city, everybody will have a chance to look around before departing by bus to Auerhahn. Before  dinner we will have a quick quiz  that is sport related afterwards, we will enjoy another meal together in Auerhahn.

Sunday 10:00- Fitness training, various methods, theories and styles will be practiced, then we will finish off with some team games.
