THREE BEAN SALAD

one tin chick peas-drained

one tin kidney beans-drained

200g fine green beans-cut into 2cm strips and blanched

25g fresh garlic, grated

50g red onion, finely chopped

10g fresh coriander chopped

1 lime, zested

50ml red wine vinegar

50g brown sugar

Method

  • Add all ingredients together in a bowl and mix

  • Seasoning is very important

  • NOTE: the later the dish is prepared the fresher tasting
